Resolved Question: Should I go to the Vet or the Groomer to get my Guinea Pig's nails cut?

I asked this question earlier, but people told me to go to the vet. And some people told me to go to the Groomer!! IS THERE A PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PERSON THAT WENT TO BOTH???!!
